As Sydney put its best fashion foot forward last week for Rosemount Australian Fashion Week, Tommy Ton was there once again to capture the moments which will put Australia on the style map.

The last photo brought a smile to our faces as soon as we saw it, our two favourite Australian fashionistas looking like old friends & we could not think of a better pair..

ALICE MCCALL SS 11-12

 Last Wednesday night Rose&Ham had its very first collaboration.

 We took advantage of our good friend Oliver Birdsall's knowledge and expertise of the camera and had him tag along to the show with us as our very own photographer.

Alice McCall really out-did herself with this collection. 

The intricate detail and use of prints blew us out of the water. We have been continually fighting over our favourite pieces from the show, but one thing we can agree on loving is that white dress.

We would also like to congratulate our good friend Brielle Picking on a great show. Brielle started working for Alice at the beginning of 2011, and this was her first fashion week with the label.

HIGHLIGHTS DAY 3-4

Camilla & Marc mixed it up with white mini dresses and a great deal of NEON colour blocking.

Absolutely in LOVE with the fuchsia sleeved coat in the last picture & the leopard print detailing!

Josh Goot once again playing to his strengths in digital printing continuing to teaming it with crisp white, blue, red & green. Loving the shirt and pant digital print combo!

JG never fails to bring an awesome collection to the table in RAFW..

Look at the cut-outs and unexpected embellished sleeves on these Shakuhachi SS 12 garments! Amazing.. 

We also have to get ourselves a pair of those lace shorts!!

Absolutely loving these pale pink feminine numbers from Michael Lo Sordo SS 2011/12.

He has finally cemented himself into the Australian Fashion Industry with this collection!

Loving every coat in the Ellery SS 12 collection especially the amazing heavily detailed one in the last image..

Ellery even managed to enlist the help of former Miss Universe Jennifer Hawkins to make their show a standout!

First images of Dion Lee SS 12 have just been released after the 8.30AM show at the Northern Concert Hall foyer of the Sydney Opera House. As always Dion created a stand out collection to show off his talent and unique vision as a young Australian designer.

Once again chosing pleating, tailoring and unlikely silhouettes in pastel colours to showcase his collection. It still looks as though Mr Lee will not be budged from his God-like fashion status.

We fell in LOVE with with the arm cuffs worn over the first outfit, we will have to get ourselves a matching pair!
