Paris Haute Couture Week 2012

Don't you just wish you could set up and snap a photo in the exact same style
Tommy Ton has done again for style.com?!
They are absolutely impeccable..
... and the clothes just look melt-in-your-mouth delicious!

Paris Haute Couture Week street style has not let us down once again.

Yes Miroslava Duma scored two of our photos because her get-ups are always so damn cute!

Australian Made

Photos mostly taken by our friend Brianna on her sony nex 5-n

Our Australia Day, yesterday, consisted of a barbecue, spa party, hottest 100 and old friends..
What more perfect way to celebrate our National Day than with a grill full of lamb,
a big salad on the table and an after-lunch game of beer pong?

So many outrageous laughs around the table made the day one to be treasured..
We hope that you enjoyed your Australia Day as much as we did.. despite the 'un-Australian' weather...

happy birthday to us

Our baby turns ONE today.

Love us a birthday party.. cupcakes, cocktails & of course Olly.

Thank you to everyone who supported us & continuously read our written thoughts on what's inspired us for the past year.. here's to another one!!

maurie & eve autumn '12

Pining over these Maurie & Eve Autumn 12 pieces, especially the slightly Celine-esque print in the last 3 images.. Mmmm I think we will have one of each!

Australian designers are surely making their mark on the fashion world these days.. We may be biased, but they sure are up there with the best of them.

dion lee line II aw12 lookbook

Dion Lee is yet to disappoint.
With this third season of Line II (a diffusion line to accompany his mainline collection) he has astounded us yet again, taking a step in a more masculine direction by pairing slicked back locks and biker boots with his routine design aesthetic.

How this diffusion line could ever be labeled as basics is beyond insane. There is nothing basic in the details, with slits, pleats and exposed zips being welcome additions to the usual pieces tailored to within an inch of it's life.

Maybe it's the bomber jackets, the slouchy trousers, or our current obsession with androgynous pantsuits, but this collection has us madly in love.. especially with that origami folded skirt!

Happy New Year!

We're back and ready to rumble for 2012!
Apologies for the absence..
It seems we got caught up in a whirlwind of pool parties and sangria.
